We're excited to introduce Stuart Rowa-Dewar, your dedicated point of contact for the King's and Queen's Award Winners Icebreaker programme! 

Based in Dunfermline, (just outside Edinburgh), Stuart brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm.

Beyond the Awards:

Stuart's passion for excellence extends far beyond his work with the King's & Queen’s Awards Icebreakers programme. He also dedicates himself to being a boxing coach, empowering others to achieve their full potential in the ring.

But that's not all! Stuart is a true athlete, recently conquering the Paris Marathon and a 5km charity swim. Next up? The Palma Marathon in October!

Fueling his Drive:

When it comes to podcasts, Stuart gravitates towards those focused on self-improvement. He's currently enjoying "Modern Wisdom" by Chris Williamson, known for its insightful guests and actionable takeaways. A long-time listener, Stuart also highly recommends Dan Snow's "History Hit" for its engaging exploration of the past.

A Personal Milestone:

Looking beyond professional achievements, Stuart reflects on his personal journey. He highlights becoming a vegetarian nearly 35 years ago, a bold move at the time, and transitioning to veganism a decade later, showcasing his commitment to his values.

Always Learning:

Stuart isn't one to rest on his laurels.  He's currently enrolled in a hand-balancing course, specifically focusing on mastering the elusive one-armed handstand.
