We’re pleased to introduce Dr. Minshad Ansari a leading expert in sustainable agriculture. He specialises in developing biopesticides as an eco-friendly alternative to harmful chemical pesticides. As the founder of Bionema, he's committed to improving food security and protecting the environment through innovative agricultural solutions.

Your Company: Bionema is a leader in developing eco-friendly solutions for crop protection. By harnessing the power of microorganisms, they help farmers reduce pesticide and fertiliser use by up to 90% and 40% respectively, while boosting crop yields.

Your passion: I find daily walks and exercise essential for my well-being. The fresh air and physical activity help me clear my head and de-stress. Whether it's a brisk walk or a structured workout, these moments of movement provide balance and rejuvenation

Ram Singh lived in a small village in India. Ram had been a traditional farmer his entire life, relying on synthetic pesticides and fertilisers. 

A severe pest infestation almost wiped out his entire harvest. The pesticides he relied on were no longer effective. This pushed Ram to the brink of ruin.

Desperate for a solution, Ram attended my agricultural biological workshop on alternative farming methods. He learned about using worms, bacteria, and fungi for pest, disease, and plant health management. 

Initially skeptical, Ram began experimenting with these natural methods on a small scale.

Within months there was an improvement in his crops. The nematodes and microbes he introduced started controlling the pest population naturally, without harming the plants. 

Ram expanded these practices to his entire farm. Not only did his crops recover,  they also thrived.

Ram's success story spread inspiring others to adopt sustainable practices.

Financially, Ram flourished, and he became a respected leader in his community. The local ecosystem also began to recover, with increased biodiversity and healthier soil. Ram’s journey from crisis to innovation demonstrates the power of sustainable agriculture.

Skill to Learn: My overarching goal is to establish myself as a leading expert in biological solutions. To accomplish this, I am dedicated to expanding my research portfolio, building upon my existing foundation of 80 published scientific articles, patents, and expert opinions.

I will continue to enhance my leadership and communication abilities through active engagement in networking, public speaking, and professional development.
